Changing our Template

Alright all you smart doggies out there, my mommy needs help from you and your mommies (or daddies!) on changing our template. Mommy finds the ones provided on here are not up to par with how she wants to see my bloggy, and as we have already started here she does not want to move all of us and make a big hassle onto Word Press.

I wants to let mommy say a few words:

We did fix our facebook page link (not sure what was happening there). As it was sort of rainy out all day we got to go outside tonight! It was very very cool out and Mason did enjoy the dog park for the first time in about two months.

I admit I know nothing about personalizing Mason's blog. I would like to have a different template than we do now that has drop down bars, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated and Mason would LOVE to send you a care package box :)

Woof! Did you hear that?! I wonder if mommy will buy me some stuffs to keep at homes as well as send to you!

  2. If you go to your blogger home page, go to the drop down menu next to where it says View Blog. One of the options is Templates. Click on it and scroll down, and it will give you a number of template options to choose from. Or, you can click on the Customize option once you are on the Templates page, and it will bring you to an area where you can custom pick various templates and then customize the different options like text color, etc.

I think it works best to choose the template you like the best, then customize it so it is what you like.

If you want a drop down menu at the top of the page that people can use to access spaces such as an About Me or an archive list, etc, you do that in the Layout section. Click on Add a Gadget and one of the options is Pages. Then, all you need to do is add a new page and it will appear on that drop down menu.

    Hope that helps!

  3. Well, My Vickie has no idea how to help you. She just got one page to work and has stuck with it forever. But I did want to tell you about "The Bloggy Cat Allred" cuse you were confused. Allred moved in on us one winter morning cause he figured out how to use my dog door. He has since, tormented me and my other friends to no end. But My Vickie lets him live here cause he is a great mouser. Anyway, occaisionaly he spirits himelf in to my computer and takes over. Don't let him frighten you, the only dog outside our house that he has messed with is Tank. (He turned him into a squirrel) but Tank is back to normal now.
Anyway, looking forward to getting to know you better.
